In the prefecture of Serres there are 350 cultural, educational, traditional-folklore, sport clubs with an important cultural presence and work.

     The Mental and Cultural Center of the Municipality of Serres (DEPKA), the Cultural Association of Serres (SPE), the Prefectural Association for further Education (NELE), the Lyceum Club of Greek Women etc. come first in the formation of cultural activities and therefor offer a lot to our city.
