The new Transnational Business and Exposition center constitutes a modern business center in the Balcans and has been situated next to the frontier station of Promachona in the prefecture of Serres.

     It’s a work that creates new horizons to commerce, development and exchanges in a period of time that frontiers are becoming more and more lines of financial cooperation.

     In a small distance between the frontiers of Greece and Bulgaria, near the guardhouse of Promachona there have been built five buildings that serve as commercial and transport center. They cover a surface of 30.000m2. The trade center includes special rooms for exposition  and storage of products, coming from different exporting companies, that are sold wholesale to the dealers of countries in southeastern Europe. The first in Greece transport center cover the needs of service of transport companies or freight that come from or go to countries of the Valcans or central Europe.

     The company “Promachon S.A”, in which Namako, Proodeftiki A.T.E., Europaiki Tehniki,  Konstantinidis, prefecture of Serres, OPE, Chamber of Serres and community of Promahona take part, aim at bringing Greek exporters to a direct communication with clients releasing them from the beauraucracy, the intermediaries and the expenses of transports, telephone calls, banks, insurance and customs clearance. On the contrary it offers them a constant presence in the Valcan market.

     Many Greek production or promotion companies dealing with various products such as electrical equipments, food, and household appliances have already signed an agreement that allows them to use the rooms and the services of this trade center.
