The Medicinal Water Springs Concern of Sidirokastro is located in a private land of a total surface of 300 sq. m planted with pines, on the 7th km of the National Road leading from Sidirokastro to Promachonas. 

     There are two hotels units, a C category with 96 beds and a D category with 119 beds, of which one runs all year round while the other is open during the period from June the 1st till October the 30th. 

     The health resort is equipped with a pump room, private and common wash-basins with the famous thermomineral waters of Sidirokastro, 17 modern hydromassage baths for a total relaxation of the muscles as well as a basin of bigger dimensions for hydrokinitherapy and a well equipped health center. 

     Hydrotherapy is advisable for skeletal diseases, rheumatic pains, sciatica lumbago, spondylarthritis, discopathy and some gynecologic affections as endometriosis. In the yard there is a restaurant, a mini market and a hall for seminars and congresses. It is among the most modern health centers in northern Greece and runs all year round. 

     Special prices are offered to groups and associations while the health center participates in programs of social and therapeutic tourism.

     The visitor can easily combine his “healthy” vacations with daily excursions to the worldwide famous Kerkini lake, to the significant resort of Ano Poroia and to the frontier line of Promachonas at the Greek-Bulgarian border. Distances are small and the road network is excellent.
